Accessing or using our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services & content

  • We provide educational courses, camps, training materials and related services.
  • Program schedules, prices and content may change; we will notify users when practical.

3. Accounts & conduct

  • Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
  • Users must not misuse the platform (no harassment, illegal content, or infringement).

4. Payments

All fees are payable as specified. Any disputes about billing must be raised within 7 days of charge. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, logos) is owned by SUBASH MINDX unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear and fair rules so customers know when they can cancel and how refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation by user

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of payment for booked programs or camps for a full refund (unless otherwise specified).
  • Cancellations after 48 hours may not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

2. Cancellation by SUBASH MINDX

If we cancel a program, participants receive a full refund or a transferable credit for upcoming sessions.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Digital materials that have been delivered and consumed.
  • Completed sessions or workshops.
  • Customized services or materials created on request.

4. Refund process

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Time to reflect in your account depends on your bank/provider.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us at accounts@subashmindx.in with order details and reason for refund. We may request supporting information to verify the request.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Applies to physical materials, certificates, books or merchandise ordered from Subha Hindi Vidhyalya.

1. Delivery timelines

  • Digital items: delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email or download link.
  • Physical items: dispatched within 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping fees depend on the product weight, courier and destination. Charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

3. Address & delivery

Please provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Tracking & delays

We will provide tracking information when available. Delays can occur due to courier capacity, public holidays or weather. We will assist with tracking claims.

5. Damaged or missing items

If a delivered item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order info. We will investigate and arrange replacement where appropriate.
